Rest assured that we will take swift action against anyone found to be in violation of our fair play policies.
3. Game Outcome Determination: In our poker games, the cards dealt and player actions determine the outcome of each hand. Our software uses standard poker rules and mechanics to resolve hands, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all games.
4. Settlement Process: Following the conclusion of each hand, the pot is awarded to the player or players with the best hand, in accordance with the rules of the specific poker variant being played (e.g., Texas Hold’em, Omaha). In the event of a tie, the pot is split equally between the tied players.
5. Disconnection Policy: We understand that technical issues may occur on occasion, causing players to disconnect from the game unexpectedly. In such cases, our system is intended to protect the interests of all parties involved. If a player disconnects during a hand, they will have a reasonable amount of time to reconnect and continue playing. If the player fails to reconnect within the time limit, their hand will be folded.
